About Finding Feral

Finding Feral is about finding small ways to reconnect with how we evolved to live — to bring a bit of the natural world back into modern life.

Most of us spend our days indoors, sitting under artificial light, staring at screens, and walking on flat, padded surfaces. It’s no wonder so many of us feel stiff, tired, and disconnected. We’ve drifted a long way from the environments we evolved to thrive in.

This project started as my own way of trying to close that gap. I began running in barefoot shoes, spending more time outside, and paying attention to how movement, light, food, and rest actually make me feel. Bit by bit, I’ve been learning that it doesn’t take a radical lifestyle change to feel better — just small, intentional steps back toward nature.

Here I share what’s helped me — from running and natural movement to simple living and mindful routines. None of it’s about perfection; it’s about experimenting, learning, and finding a version of “wild” that fits into everyday life.

Welcome to Finding Feral.
